If anyone has received an email from 'SonicWALL Renewals' - Astute in Bournemouth, and are worried they can forward them to us at info@sonictek.co.uk and we can look at the serial number of the appliance and directly check the SonicWALL database and confirm what subscriptions (if any) are really due.
SonicWALL have quickly responded to an error which occurred this week when one of their partners Astute, who they use to chase customer renewals, mistakenly sent incorrect notification emails.
