The SOHO series goes End of Support on 16th April 2026, and replaced by the current model TZ270.

You can still purchase some subscriptions for the SOHO, but we suggest you upgrade to the TZ270 with the Secure Upgrade promotion.

Subscription Overview

Comprehensive Gateway Security Suite Bundle (CGSS) - includes:

  • Gateway Anti-Virus
  • Gateway Anti-Spyware
  • Intrusion Prevention Service
  • Application Intelligence and Control Service
  • Content Filtering Service (CFS)
  • 24x7 Support

CGSS is also used to renew 'TotalSecure' and 'Secure Upgrade' bundles, although you can also upgrade these to the new AGSS bundle. AGSS became the standard bundle in 2018 and replaced CGSS.

Advanced Gateway Security Suite (AGSS)* - includes:

  • CGSS (see above)
  • Capture Advanced Threat Protection Service

AGSS is also used to renew 'TotalSecure - Advanced Edition' and 'Secure Upgrade - Advanced Edition' bundles.

SonicWall's warranty and support agreements provide technical assistance during standard coverage hours, typically 8x5 or 24x7 (Standard Support = 8x5).
