Delivery

The latest order time for same day despatch is 4.00pm* (although later orders may go, but not guaranteed). This is so to allow time to process the order through the system, then for the items to be picked, boxed & labelled before the courier arrives to collect.

When items are not in stock, the order will be placed on back-order, but you will be notified by us. All items on the website have a link to show current stock levels - please check when placing an order.

* In some rare instances, products may be listed under a different SKU and if we need to convert them this can take up to 2 hours and therefore affect the last order time. Please contact us before ordering if you need your goods in a hurry so we can advise.

Our standard delivery charge is FREE for non-guaranteed next working day delivery to most of mainland UK. UK Mail make most of our deliveries between 9am and 5.30pm but we are currently unable to specify a delivery time. The majority of deliveries do arrive on the next working day but as this is not a guaranteed service from UK Mail please allow for 2 working days. If you need your items in a hurry please choose one of the guaranteed delivery options, but still must be ordered before 4.30pm during a business working day.
Our Pre-12 next day delivery charge is £9.95 + vat for delivery on the next working day before 12pm. DHL make deliveries between 9am and 12pm. We cannot specify an exact delivery time and this service does not deliver on Saturdays.
Our Pre-10.30 next day delivery charge is £19.95 + vat for delivery on the next working day before 10.30am. DHL make deliveries between 9am and 10.30am. We cannot specify an exact delivery time and this service does not deliver on Saturdays.
Our Pre-9 next day delivery charge is £29.95 + vat for delivery on the next working day before 9am. DHL make deliveries between 8am and 9am. We cannot specify an exact delivery time and this service does not deliver on Saturdays.
Where we deliver
We mainly deliver to UK, Ireland and rest of Europe, although we do deliver to most regions. Please contact us for further details and delivery costs if your location is not listed.
Who will deliver my goods and when will they arrive
We mainly use DHL (formerly UK Mail), but UPS is used outside of standard UK deliveries. Our couriers work Monday to Friday between *9am and 5.30pm, and we cannot specify a delivery time (*unless on a PRE-9am delivery option). We may at times use different couriers when circumstances dictate.
When will my order be dispatched
Orders that are placed before 4.00pm on a working week day that pass our security checks and are in stock are usually dispatched the same day, although not guaranteed.
When will my goods arrive

Standard deliveries should arrive next working day but please allow 2 working days. We cannot specify a delivery time. If you have not received your goods within 2 working days please contact us we will track the delivery for you. We are unable to absolutely guarantee delivery times due to dependency on courier companies, local operating difficulties and weather etc. If a delivery does not arrive we can arrange for a refund or a replacement order. This is at our discrection and is dependant on any Proof of Delivery details. This only applies to Mainland UK.

Activation keys are generated by SonicWall at our request (this is standard practice, none are pre-generated). This process can take a few hours from order before SonicWall make the key available, but can take up to 24 hours. Please be aware that the order needs to be completed by our team and therefore please allow up to 24 working hours (UK time).

Order tracking

When an order has been processed and the goods awaiting collection by DHL (formerly UK Mail) we would normally at this point have a tracking reference number. A URL link to the tracking details will be updated on your order and emailed to you. Tracking information may not appear on the link until the consignment reaches the first stage within the DHL network, so please allow a little time for the first update.

What if I'm not at home to accept the delivery?
The courier will attempt 2 deliveries on consecutive working days .We cannot authorise any further delivery attempts. If you are not available to accept the delivery you may collect it from the local courier depot for upto 5 days, following which it will be returned to us. If goods are not collected the delivery charge will not be refunded.
