FWaaS Terms and Conditions
Payments for the service will be monthly in advance.
All contracts are for a minimum of 12 months.
After the initial 12 month period the unit can be returned or we will continue to bill at the monthly sum already agreed.
3 months written notice of cancellation is needed. Contracts cannot be cancelled within the subscription period.
All support for units purchased under FWaaS Hardware Only will be provided by SonicWall under the SonicWall support contract provided with the appliance.
The appliances and associated services will remain the property of SonicWall-Sales.com (Sonictek Ltd), this agreement is a subscription agreement and not a lease.
After the initial 12 month period, the Evergreen program can be taken advantage of.
10 days notice of the monthly billed payment will be given before the payment due date.
After the contracted period all units must be returned to SonicWall-Sales.com (Sonictek Ltd) unless otherwise agreed.
An individual order for each security appliance must be raised for the full amount of the subscription term. e.g. for a firewall or a firewall with service(s) costing Â£100 per month over a 12 month period an order for Â£1200 payable as 12 x Â£100 monthly payment would have to be raised.
SonicWall-Sales.com (Sonictek Ltd) reserve the right to adjust the monthly billed cost with one months notice.
SonicWall-Sales.com (Sonictek Ltd) withhold the right to turn off this service should the payment terms not be satisfied.
In the event of non-payment or a returned DD payment SonicWall-Sales.com (Sonictek Ltd) reserves the right to;
- In the case of FWaaS (Firewall as a Service) the full cost of the minimum subscription contract (12 months) will become payable immediately.
SonicWall-Sales.com (Sonictek Ltd) reserves the right to take legal action to recover any outstanding balance.
